What's new at Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) for 2024? Do you have any new rides, attractions, or special features that Haunt Seekers should know about?

We have several new props and scenes that our patrons will experience and have to walk through

What are you most excited about for the 2024 Halloween Season?

Halloween night when we open (weather permitting). We here at Deadly Fantasies enjoy doing this for the community; to get the reviews we get, to have people comeup and thank us for it being free, to hear the excitement and see the smiles on their faces makes it all worth it.

What differentiates Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) from other local haunts in Rhode Island?

We are free, and we try and mix it up every year. We don't just have people screaming in your faces, we try and play upon people's fears and phobias to make it a truly memorable experience.

How long has Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT)'s history?

This will be our 22nd year running. It all started out as a bet with my next door neighbor as to who could make the scarier house. I won and have never looked back.

What's your favorite experience since opening Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT)?

Having people come through as adults with their children who first came through as a child. I have a lot of loyal patrons and it is very much appreciated.

How long is a typical haunt experience at Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) from start to finish?

7 minutes is the typical walk through

On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) is? Why?

10. We play on people's fears, we have scenes of high fear and then some lighter scenes but from what people tell me they find it very scary.

Does Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT)'s property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?

No, there isn't any history for this property

What inspired you to open up a haunted attraction? What's your favorite part of the business?

I love to be scared, the adrenaline rush that you get so I want others to feel that feeling. The favorite part of the business is the creative side, getting to tap into my imagination to come up with scenarios to scare my patrons.

How has new technology (i.e. animatronics, special props, etc) helped you to enhance Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT)?

I don't have too many animatronics, I have just enough to add a little something to the scenes.

Can Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) accommodate large groups? How many people can experience Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) together as a group?

For safety purposes we go up to 6 people being allowed to walk through at once. That way everyone gets to experience the scares. Any more than that some of the people will not get the full effect of what is happening.

Does Deadly Fantasies/Silent Nightmare (HOME HAUNT) offer any special deals, discounts, or coupons?

We don't charge anything it is 100% free.
